The Workspace by E.C. Daniel — Automated Digital System Offer
Last updated — September 28, 2026These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Automated Digital System offer (“the Offer,” “the System,” or “the Service”) provided by The Workspace by E.C. Daniel, the execution arm of E.C. Daniel Advisory and Systems Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”), a company incorporated in Nigeria. By securing a slot and making payment, you (“the Client,” “you”) agree to these Terms in full.

Every year, we open a limited number of spots for early-stage entrepreneurs who have a valuable solution but are still building the foundation their business deserves. Last year, this took the form of the Thought Leadership Positioning Suite, made available to 5 coaches and consultants.
This round is open to founders of service-based businesses across industries, and it is made possible by pairing each project with our internal training process: a small group of emerging digital professionals build real, live systems, working on actual client projects rather than simulations, under the direct supervision of E.C. Daniel, our Chief Strategist and Technologist, who personally leads your strategy call, oversees development, and reviews your system before it goes live.
This is why this Offer is available at a significantly reduced price for this round, limited to 5 businesses. By purchasing this Offer, you acknowledge and agree to this arrangement.
The total investment for this Offer is $99.99, payable in two installments:
Your slot is not confirmed, and work does not begin, until Installment 1 has been received in full.
Your system is built around the business information, brand assets, and content you provide during the business brief and your strategy call with E.C. Daniel. We are responsible for the design, structure, copywriting, and technical setup of the components listed in Section 1.

If you request work outside this scope, we will quote it separately, and you may choose whether to proceed at standard pricing. Work outside this scope will not begin until agreed and, where applicable, paid for separately.
Your strategy call is a required part of the process. The following applies to every scheduled call:
Your system is built and made available for preview within 5–7 working days. This timeline begins from the date of your completed strategy call with E.C. Daniel, once you have submitted the necessary business information and assets.
This is an estimate, not a guarantee. If the scope or complexity of your project reasonably requires more time, we will inform you during the process. Delays caused by late or incomplete information from your side, or by a delayed strategy call as described in Section 4, will extend the timeline accordingly and are not a breach of these Terms on our part.
5.1 Maximum project duration. The maximum period allowed for the completion of your project, from the date of your completed strategy call, is 3 months.
If this deadline is reached due to delays on your part, including but not limited to a failure to provide the information, assets, or feedback required to proceed, we are no longer obligated to complete the project, and Installment 1 becomes non-refundable regardless of any request made under Section 7.
If this deadline is reached due to delays on our part, we remain obligated to either complete and deliver your system, or refund the installments you have paid, at your choice.
Once your system is built, you will receive a private preview link. You are entitled to two (2) rounds of revisions before your system is finalized and launched.
Revisions cover adjustments to what was already agreed and built, not new features, additional pages, or a change in the scope of the original project. Requests outside the original scope are treated as in Section 3 and may be quoted separately.
Your system will not be launched live, and Installment 2 will not be requested, until you have reviewed your preview and confirmed you are ready to proceed.
We want you to be confident before you commit, so please read this section carefully.
7.1 When a refund can be requested. A refund of Installment 1 may be requested at any point before or during your strategy call with E.C. Daniel. Once your strategy call has been completed, Installment 1 becomes non-refundable, as your project moves into active development immediately afterward.
7.2 The only valid reason for a refund. Refunds are granted strictly where the objectives of this Offer do not align with your business objectives, as reasonably demonstrated during your strategy call or in your request. We may ask for a short explanation to confirm this is the case.
7.3 When a refund will not be granted, even if requested within the window in 7.1:
7.4 Processing time. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed and sent to you in full within 14 days of the approved request.
7.5 Chargebacks. If you dispute a payment directly with your bank or card provider instead of requesting a refund under this section, we reserve the right to treat this as a forfeiture of your slot, pause or discontinue work on your project immediately, and pursue the amount owed by any lawful means available to us.
Once your system is fully paid for (both installments) and launched live, your website, domain, and related business assets belong to you. We will provide you with the access details needed to manage your system independently.
Until Installment 2 is paid in full, ownership of the built system, including design files, code, and content, remains with The Workspace by E.C. Daniel.
We retain ownership of the design styles, frameworks, templates, and creative approaches we develop in the course of building your system, and we reserve the right to reuse similar design elements, structures, and approaches for other clients.
We also reserve the right to feature your completed project, including screenshots, links, and a general description of the work, in our portfolio, case studies, marketing materials, and on our website, to showcase the systems we build.
If you would prefer your project not be featured in our portfolio, or would prefer we not reuse specific design elements created for you with other clients, you may reach out to us and we will make reasonable arrangements to accommodate your request.
The domain provided is free for the first year; renewal after that is at your own cost, at prevailing rates. Website hosting and professional email are provided free for as long as your system remains active with us.
These services are delivered through established third-party hosting and email infrastructure partners, as is standard practice across the industry. As such, the availability, uptime, and performance of your hosting and email are governed by the service levels and policies of those partners. We work with reliable, established providers and monitor service delivery closely, but we do not control, and cannot independently guarantee beyond, the uptime commitments those partners themselves provide.
By completing your order, you consent to receive communication from us, including payment receipts, project updates, and promotional messages, at the contact details you provide. You may unsubscribe from promotional communication at any time; this does not affect project-related communication necessary to deliver your system.
We treat the business information, brand assets, and materials you share with us as confidential, and we will not share them with third parties outside our internal team without your consent, except where required by law. This does not limit our rights under Section 9.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the business information, content, claims, images, testimonials, and other materials you provide for your project. We are not liable for errors, delays, or issues arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or unlawful information supplied by you.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from a third party’s claim that content or materials you provided infringes their rights, is false or defamatory, or is otherwise unlawful.
By purchasing this Offer, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to represent and enter into this agreement on behalf of the business named on your order.
We reserve the right to decline, pause, or discontinue service to any business whose activities are illegal under Nigerian law, or which involve adult content, gambling or betting, multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes, or any other activity we reasonably determine conflicts with our values or exposes us to legal risk. Where this occurs before your strategy call, Section 7 applies. Where this occurs after your strategy call has taken place, we will refund any installment(s) paid, less any work already completed.
Your system is delivered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a purpose beyond what is described in Section 1.
We are committed to delivering a functioning, professionally built digital system as described in this Offer. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, including but not limited to customer volume, revenue, or conversion rates, as these depend on factors outside our control.
Our liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid for this Offer. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the system.
We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet or platform outages, natural disasters, power failures, or other events of a similar nature.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in accordance with Nigerian law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of your system after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes affecting active projects will be communicated directly to affected clients.
These Terms, together with the details of the Offer as described on the sales page at the time of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding this Offer, and supersede any prior discussions or representations.
